Following on from the AGM, I wanted to take the opportunity to send out our Code of Conduct.

This is in line with the RFU Guidelines, and all Club Members are expected to abide by these.
With that in mind, we wanted to take the opportunity to highlight to all some of the responsibilities and behaviours we expect.

We are a Rugby Club, and a certain amount of banter is expected. I understand this better than most. In these days of saturated social media coverage, please can I urge you all to consider what you publish or post in any social media outlets and the impact this could have on others.

What could be meant as banter can sometimes have a serious impact on the mental health and welfare of others. Every day, we see more and more examples of this and the sad consequences . As a club, we actively support those with any mental issues and have put measures in place to help (via the club Safeguarding Officer).

Please try to be kind and considerate of others. As a club, we will not tolerate behaviour of this nature.
