Following a discussion around Tour dates & taking all into consideration, the club has made the decision on the Centenary Tour in order to make it as successful as possible.

We as a club think it’s imperative that rugby is played whilst on tour (often this has been the highlight of the weekend - whether that be Kieran McHugh playing is his wellies or seeing some old farts put on some boots after many years in the shed collecting dust)… baring that in mind, along with allowing us to raise some funds and the club more time to organise and get the best deal… the Senior Men’s Team will be hosting a Mystery Pre-Season Tour to get the 2025/26 season off to a flyer!

Myself, Big Vidge, George Price & Harvey Williams will be organising this year’s tour if anyone has further questions.

Personally I’ve organised a Mystery Tour before and I’m sure those who attended will vouch on its success… I’ve not been as involved with the club the last few years as I have previously but I’m very much looking forward to being back involved with the Centenary year and organising the Mystery Tour!

As for a Pre-Season Tour, it’s a little bit different to the traditional tour at Old Cryptians, but we recently did Newquay a few years back as a pre-season trip which was eventful to say the least… so I’m looking forward to seeing what this Tour brings - it’s also a great way for players and supporters to come together as one as we embark on the 2025/26 season, and hopefully see success both on & off the pitch following the 100 year anniversary!
